I'm the owner of RealProof Reports and I'm passionate about helping property managers protect their clients' investments through detailed, reliable Property Condition Reports.

With a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for what I do, I work closely with real estate agencies to provide thorough reports, clear communication, and helpful feedback on any maintenance or cleaning issues that may arise during inspections. My aim is simple: to make life easier for busy property managers while delivering reports they can trust.

​

When I'm not inspecting properties, I'm usually planning my next adventure. I have a serious love for travel and am always looking forward to the next destination on the map. 

​

One of my favourite travel experiences was visiting Egypt—the history, culture, and sheer scale of the ancient wonders completely blew me away. Walking around the Great Pyramids of Giza was incredible, but actually climbing inside them? Wow!! It was one of those true pinch-me moments that's hard to put into words. Standing inside something that has been there for thousands of years was both humbling and awe-inspiring. Some of my other unforgettable memories included sailing down the Nile on a traditional felucca, taking in the incredible scenery and slower pace of life along the riverbanks, and hot air ballooning over the Valley of the Kings at sunrise. Floating high above thousands of years of history as the landscape came to life below was an experience unlike anything I've ever done before. Egypt is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression long after you've returned home.

Another travel memory I'll never forget was walking the Great Wall of China while it was snowing. There's something truly magical about standing on one of the world's most incredible landmarks as snow falls around you. Seeing the wall stretch across the mountains covered in white was absolutely breathtaking and made the experience even more special. It's one of those moments that still feels surreal when I look back on it.

My favourite city I've visited so far is Paris. There's just something magical about it. I'd love to be fluent in French one day, but for now Google Translate and I are doing our best! Learning another language is still firmly on my bucket list, with Italian or Spanish currently leading the race.

​

My husband and I are also massive Formula 1 fans. In fact, one of our favourite traditions is attending a Grand Prix each year. So far, we've been lucky enough to experience races in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, and this year we're excited to be heading to Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix. There's nothing quite like the atmosphere, the noise, and the excitement of race weekend!

​

We also have a bit of a Disneyland addiction! So far, we've visited Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo with Hong Kong still being the standout favourite. This year we'll be ticking Disneyland Paris off the list, and I couldn't be more excited. I love the history and adventure side of travel, but I'll happily swap ancient wonders for Mickey ears every now and then. After all, you're never too old for Disney magic!

I'm also a keen swimmer, love spending time outdoors, and am always up for a challenge or a new experience. Whether it's exploring a new country, finding a hidden local gem, or simply making the most of a sunny day, I believe life is meant to be lived with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a sense of adventure.

​

I'm married to my best friend, James, who occasionally jumps in to help behind the scenes at RealProof Reports. Together, we make a pretty great team.

​

Like many couples, we had wedding plans that didn't quite go according to script. We were originally supposed to be married in Hawaii, with the ocean and a volcano providing the perfect backdrop to our special day. Then COVID had other ideas! Instead, we celebrated much closer to home at the beautiful Millbrook Winery. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, it honestly felt like we'd been transported to Tuscany.

​

We were also the proud dog-mum and dog-dad of two beautiful rescue greyhounds, Tex and Tess. They were a huge part of our family and joined us on as many adventures as possible. Whether it was a road trip, a weekend getaway, or simply exploring somewhere new, they were always happiest when they were included. Sadly, they're no longer with us, but we hope we gave them the wonderful life they deserved—one filled with love, comfort, and plenty of adventures.

​

One of my favourite pastimes is fishing with my dad. It's something we've done together since I was little, and some of my best memories have been made sitting by the water and waiting patiently for the next bite.

​

I also love singing, dancing, and bringing a bit of fun wherever I go. If there's music playing, there's a good chance you'll find me busting a move. I can hold a tune well enough, but I'm definitely not quitting my day job anytime soon. That said, it doesn't stop me from singing along whenever the mood strikes! And while I love adventure, I'm equally happy spending a cosy night at home with a good movie and, of course, a pizza. Because let's be honest — pizza is always a good idea.​
