RealProof Reports was established with a clear purpose: to provide professional property inspection and reporting services that are accurate, consistent and able to stand up to scrutiny when it matters most.

After seeing firsthand how unclear or poorly documented inspections can lead to disputes, delays and unnecessary stress for property managers, landlords and tenants, RealProof Reports was created to provide a higher standard of property reporting. Our focus is on delivering independent, thorough inspections supported by clear written observations and comprehensive photographic evidence.

As RealProof Reports continues to grow, so has our team. Our Director remains actively involved in Property Condition Reports, with two additional team members assisting primarily with routine inspections.
